He owns and operates the most comprehensive location sound kit in Tasmania; high quality, industry standard recorders, mixers, microphones and wireless mics, suitable for mobile bag jobs to full drama cart-based shoots or anything in-between.
Additionally, Tobi has several years experience as a Foley sound recordist for TV drama series and feature films.

Mathew is a cinematographer and stills photographer with experience ranging from large productions to solo operations, working primarily in commercial and narrative. He is experienced in MoVI and Aerials (CASA licensed drone pilot), and has experience with roped access work, small boat operations and remote area expeditions. He is an experienced polar guide, zodiac boat driver, paraglider pilot and climbing guide.

Wide Angle Tasmania's mission is to strengthen Tasmania's screen culture by encouraging, developing and supporting Tasmanian screen practitioners.
We provide quality film production equipment (cameras, lights, audio, unit gear, camera support, projectors etc.) in Tasmania and offer a 30% discount on gear hire to all current financial members . All prices include GST and insurance. We can courier equipment to most locations within Tasmania with advance bookings.
Wide Angle manages the Screen Centre with a 70 seat-cinema/studio, offices, micro-cinema and meeting rooms available for short and longer term hire.

My aspirations are to be recognized as a professional, and a leader in the industry of arts and media.
