Wide Angle Tasmania is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that has delivered grassroots opportunities and resources to the Tasmanian screen sector since 2003. Wide Angle Tasmania's mission is to strengthen Tasmania's screen culture by encouraging, developing and supporting Tasmanian screen practitioners. We provide quality film production equipment  (cameras, lights, audio, unit gear, camera support, projectors etc.) in Tasmania and offer a 30% discount on gear hire to all current financial members .  All prices include GST and insurance.  We can courier equipment to most locations within Tasmania with advance bookings. Wide Angle manages the Screen Centre with a 70 seat-cinema/studio, offices, micro-cinema and meeting rooms available  for short and longer term hire. Wide Angle offers a comprehensive range of services and resources to support Tasmanian filmmakers - we look forward to connecting with you!

Travelling to remote Aboriginal communities with The National Museum of Australia - documenting the Encounters Project. Working with rock star Jon English to help save the devil campaign, even My Kitchen Rules and Ray Martin. My aspirations are to be recognized as a professional, and a leader in the industry of arts and media.

In addition to cinematography and field producing, I have also worked in various positions from field logistic support, photography and sound recording. I am experienced in producing material for both web/multimedia/social and standard broadcast. I am an extreme environment specialist, from the tropics to the polar regions , with a solid guiding and expedition background (I am an accredited polar guide). I am used to working unsupported in remote areas, both topside and underwater.  Most of my work has been in natural history (BBC NHU, Nat Geo), science, various human documentaries (Nat Geo, Discovery,  ABC, SBS), conservation and educational programs. Specific recent camera experience includes remotely controlled cameras, stabilized systems and drones.
