Zane Pinner is the Editor of four animated television series by Blue Rocket Productions - Pixel Pinkie (26 Episodes, Season 2), Mega Bites (6 Episodes), Fanshaw and Crudnut (52 Episodes), Dumbotz (52 episodes) - and the telemovie Attack of the Slug Santas (2016). He was also Animatics Editor of Pixel Pinkie Season 1.
His original screenplay The Cyclone Engine (Feature - animation) received development funding from Screen Tasmania and was developed with Keith Thompson of Goalpost Pictures. He has also published two novels and was a finalist in the 2001 Dymock's Young Australian Author of the Year.
Zane has appeared as an actor in a range of international screen productions including The Kettering Incident, Exile in Hell, Darwin: The voyage that shook the world and Arctic Blast along with many local short films and television commercials.
Zane's company Studio Luck Dragon has produced over 300 television commercials and 500 radio commercials for local, national and international clients along with music videos, Explainers, ident animations and foreign language edits. Our clients include Freedman International, EA Games, 360 Degree Marketing, Resilience Marketing, Hobart City Mission, The Career Training Institute amongst many others.
